WEIGHT LOSS
Our weight loss program combines strength training, cardio, flexibility, and high intensity interval training to help you maximize the amount of fat your body burns both during and after your workout, helping you shed those extra pounds in no time.

MyoFascial Work
We offer myofascial and soft tissue work for individuals struggling with pain from tight muscles and impinged joints. We work to improve mobility and flexibility and seek to reduce pain levels especially in areas like the neck and back.
Strength Training
Strength Training is great for people who are interested in fast weight loss, gaining muscle and increasing overall strength. Our trainers teach you the proper technique for squats, deadlifts, pull ups etc.
Our strength training program combines the most effective ways to burn fat, lose weight, and make you not only look but feel better as well.
NUTRITION
We create custom meal plans for each client, help them to set daily macro and calorie goals as well as provide shopping lists and healthy easy to make recipes for the whole family. Weekly food tracking & feedback is included in every program
Knees Over Toes Program
The Knees Over Toes Program by Ben Patrick is one of the fastest growing global phenomenons for individuals struggling with knee injuries and overall joint pain. This program uses short but effective workouts to focus on building strength in key areas that will reduce pain, help prevent injury and build athletic potential in the major joints and muscles.
Currently Kai is the only personal trainer in Orange County, Ca that is certified to teach the Knees Over Toes Program.
Injury REHABILITATION
Our injury rehabilitation program follows specific protocols focusing on individualized treatment with the goal of therapy of returning the patient to optimal strength, function, flexibility and mobility.
We specialize in sports based injuries and getting athletes back to playing the sports they love.

We have groups starting as early as 6 am until 8 pm at night.
