We are passionate about helping clients push through their comfort level, over come obstacles and achieve what they never thought was possible. We love to help individuals transform their lives and ultimately the way they think and feel about their bodies through fitness, nutrition and mindset change.

KAI

Kai is a Certified Master Trainer specializing in Women’s Physique, Weight Loss, Athletic Performance Training, Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Management. She has 6 certifications and has an impressive track record working with professional athletes and the elite of Orange County. She is renown for helping women get their bodies back after babies and working with clients with extensive injuries. She is currently the only trainer in Orange County to be certified to teach Knees Over Toes.

She competed collegiately and professionally in tennis and after an unfortunate a career ending hip injury she had to give up her career. In 2016 while finishing at her degree at UC Irvine she started her first business and has helped thousands of clients across the world change their lives.

Jess

Jess is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She has been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years, starting out her career in the Rehab setting as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She became passionate about helping others on their fitness journey after her own fitness journey and lifestyle transformation. She specializes in body recomposition, weight loss & building lean muscle through Strength Training and Nutrition. Jess does 1-1 Training, Group Training as well as Online Coaching/Nutrition. She focuses on a lifestyle approach, educating her clients on building healthy habits, injury prevention/rehab, and teaching you the tools to succeed long-term with your fitness goals.

REGAN

Regan is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. She became passionate about fitness during her 5 years of playing Division 1 soccer in North Carolina. She specialties in weight loss, athletic conditioning/agility, injury rehab, and soccer specific conditioning/skills. Regan enjoys working with clients of all ages both 1-on-1 and group training. She will educate you on the importance of living a healthy, active, and sustainable lifestyle and will give you the guidance you need to achieve this goal amongst your other goals

SHERYL

Sheryl is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise. She enjoys helping her clients learn functional strength training, proper nutrition, and how to incorporate activities as part of a healthy lifestyle that is so vital for our bodies and brain health.  Sheryl works well with Senior clients who are trying to take that first step after being told they need to start exercising by their doctor but do not know where or how to begin.

HOSH

Hosh is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 21 years of experience in the fitness industry and has certifications from NASM, NCCPT and Aerobics and the Fitness Association of America. He specializes in one-on-one, group sessions and in-home training that focuses on weight loss, strength training and overall wellness. Hosh has trained high school and professional athletes in both volleyball and basketball. He also have 11 years of experience in mixed martial arts and boxing which he integrates with workouts for clients who are looking for a different challenge.
